How to do double ovens, or to top object on top of others
I'm new to this application and still try to figure things out. I'm a little bit disappointed by the size of the fridges and the fact that there isn't a double oven. Is there a way to top one object on another or to layer them?

I think it's time you start to read user's guide or help, at least the part about furniture.
