what is a texture library and how to make it..so that i can mass import multiple textures in one go

Hi,
how do we make a texture library containing multiple jpeg images that can be imported into sweethome3d in one go...

how do we make it..

The format of texture libraries is explained here, but no tool similar to the Furniture Library Editor exists yet.
