Irregular ceiling

Dear all,

I do not how to solve this issue. My living is roughly L-shaped, with one part of the room is lower than the other part. I can create the walls easily, but the creation of the ceiling gives a problem, as it will use the lowest walls. How do I solve this?

I hope there is a solution for this problem, and that someone can help me out!

Jeroen

Re: Irregular ceiling

Jeroen,

SH3D can draw ceilings only for rooms with a regular shape. The solution to your problem is to draw multiple smaller rooms in your L-shaped space.
Have a look at the Roofs tutorial (PDF) to see some examples for sloping roofs.
