Select items in the room

Good evening. Is it possible to select furniture in the room? When I try to do it, whole room is dragging. So I can select items only in the space without designed room.

I do not fully understand your question. Hold shift and select furniture if you would like to select many furniture at the same time.
If you are using the "select area feature" it seems like SH3D also selects the floor and that could be the reason why the whole room is moving.

Here are two tips you should use to help you select items:
- lock the base plan with the item in the Plan menu or the lock displayed at the top left corner of the plan to make rooms and walls unselectable,
- use contextual menu Select object to select one of the object where you right clicked with the mouse.
