View from 2D plan?

I would like to use the 2D view for detailed plans. When I add furniture to the plan, it shows a rectangle the size of the furniture but it shows the furniture as a picture inside of the rectangle. Is there a way to show the furniture like your seeing the furniture from the top view instead of seeing the pic of it?

Re: View from 2D plan?

If you can't choose this option, it means that the driver of your graphics card doesn't support offscreen imaging. Try to update your driver if possible.

If updating drivers doesn't help try to place file:

in the installation directory, details of this step are described in FAQ, bullet 6, supbullet 3. From my experience it solves the problem in 99% of windows installations.

For your information, Sajmmon's tip works only under Windows.
