Save Problem

Hey, I seem to be having troubles saving my project when I add certain pictures as the material for a picture frame. I'm using the online version.
I get the errors-

RecorderException: Can't save home
java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 500

I'm not much of a tec guy so I have no clue what this means...
Thanks for the help!

Re: Save Problem

It could be because one of your two projects reached the size limit authorized on the server, i.e. 3 MB. Sorry, but I won't increase that value. If you need to import more textures, you'll have to export your project and use the installer version.

Re: Save Problem

Hi! I might be running into the same problem, that I cannot save my home due to it is too large in the online version. If I export the sh3d file and install the software, can I open it with the installed version?

I do not want to turn off my computer as I do not want to lose 6-7 hours of work :) I really like the progem!!! Thanks for it!

Yes. While keeping your browser open, you can test it: download Sweet Home 3D installer, run the installer, open with it the file exported from the online version, then close the webpage of the online version.
