Door that won't pierce the wall...?
Hi,
Here I am again, trying to import a .dae-file as a door, so that the feature would pierce the wall and leave the space inside itself empty. And... it just won't work out I tried different files using approximately the same form, and I'm guessing it's all about lines that aren't straight: I'm trying to import an Arabic door as a "normal" door, and maybe the 3D-simulator can't cope with curved lines as doors?
And... while I'm at it: importing files using names that include spaces or any kind of non-letter-signs fails invariably - I've had this problem for a couple of months now, but haven't had it before. Did I miss something?

Since version 4.2, Sweet Home 3D supports non rectangular shapes for doors and windows, and the shape of the hole in a wall is guessed from the contour of the door. If you want your door to work correctly without trying to find out its SVG shape, simply add a small threshold (pas de porte in French) at its bottom to close it.

It's a known regression that will be fixed in the next version.

I did, it worked fine - once again, you saved my day with one sentence.
