I've created a plan of a basement and have used different wall patterns to differentiate between new and old walls, and which are carrying a load or not. When printing the wall patterns disappear, both when printing on paper or to PDF.
Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug? I'm using version 4.3.1 Mac App Store.

Re: No wall pattern when printing
I noticed some similar issues with the pattern applied to rooms and reported the bug to Oracle, but the pattern applied to walls seems to work correctly (I just tried again). But maybe you configured walls in a special way. Check for example if you don't have two walls superimposed at the same place using the contextual menu Select object. If that doesn't solve your problem, please send me your file, so I can check on my side.

Re: No wall pattern when printing
It's a bug in Java 7. I reported it some time ago, but it's not fixed yet. You've got two workaround: - export the plan to SVG and print it with Safari or Inkscape - print it with the free version of Sweet Home 3D, but this will oblige you to accept to install Apple Java (don't use the Java Web Start version because it uses Oracle Java too).

I tried exporting it to SVG, and it does include the patterns, but now I've lost the opportunity to print according to scale. Is this possible to address?
Or do I need to use the free version to get scaling to be correct on the print?
