HELP I want to save my Asian feast!

Hi All, I have only had SweetHome3D for 2 days and have not slept for 2 days LOL! I have created all sorts of things like tuna nigiri sushi out of an i-pod and spring rolls out of a battery. I want to know if there is any way I can save these items into the catalog? I also have composites like a rice bowl/bamboo/tree makes a mounded bowl of rice. I really want to save these things HELP???

If you created them with Sweet Home 3D, you can export each of them with the 3D view > Export at OBJ format menu item, then reimport the exported OBJ file in Sweet Home 3D catalog with Furniture > Import furniture menu item.
