print two levels on one pdf page

Hallo!
I plan a house and the garden with Sweet Home 3D. For the house I use three levels (basement, first floor and second floor). Because the garden is about 50 cm lower than the first floor and it is not possible to use negative height, I use "level garden", too. Unfortunately, I am not able to print the "ground" (first floor and garden) on only one pdf page. Do I miss an option/button? Is there another possibility to print two levels on just one page? (Of course this does not make sense if I try to print levels that would overlap eachother as basement and second floor.)
Thanks for any ideas!

Re: print two levels on one pdf page

July,

You can't print two levels on one page. Time for a trick...
Export both levels separately, then extract the images of your plan.
Now combine them using Gimp, Photoshop or something similar.

Re: print two levels on one pdf page

Hard to suggest workarounds without knowing more about your file, however, in addition to what hansmex writes, maybe you could copy (temporarily in a copy work file) the elements from one level to another and then do the 2D print? This may be tricky with a very complicated file, but could work if you clean out all unnecessary elements before printing the plan. For a top view plan in 2D, the elevation may not matter. But of course, do make sure to keep the original file in a safe place before ruining it.

ok

PS - for printing the plan or exporting SVG - it is often a good idea to clean the plan as much as possible (in a work-copy).
