export from online to open in desktop

Hi, I created a home using the online tool, but now want to be able to work on it offline, using the software installed on my mac. When I try to export my home I get an error message ("Can't create SH3d file"). What am I dong wrong?

I feared you encountered the same bug as KriGer but I don't think it's the case. I tested the online project you created and it doesn't seem to have any problem.
Please, quit your browser, reopen your project and try again to export it. If it still fails, I can send your exported project. Just send me a request.

Thanks for the reply, I've tried everything I can think of - using safari, chrome, firefox, renaming the file, changing the destination. No dice. Will send you a request.
