If this feature was easy to draw, it would be in Sweet Home 3D itself wink
But who knows, support of non rectangular door or windows placed on round walls might appear one day. As a round wall is actually approximated as a series of small straight walls, it could be not so difficult to adapt the program and support this feature.

Possible solution to the question, for creating such a wall. I created a Youtube video, showing my process to resolve this type of question.
