Error opening sh3d file
Hello,
I just purchased the software and created my first plan layout. This morning i opened the file to view, then saved and closed the application. Since i'm not able to re open the source file. File size is showing as Zeo bytes. Please advise. Thank you!

Sorry but if the file length is 0, don't hope anything from it. On what system do you work? Did you try to save an other file? Do you remember anything that you could have done that didn't work? Did you get at least a message saying that your file couldn't be saved correctly?

I never heard of such a case where the saved file is empty and no error was displayed! Very strange... Can you try to create an other file, even a very simple one?
