Walls

Please help... I am attempting to create a patio and the program keeps building walls around it. How do I prevent this?

Re: Walls

This all depends on the patio really, whether it is just a paved area outside a building, whether it is raised (or the plan has levels), whether it has a roof/columns etc.

And it is a bit odd that walls should be 'built by the program', if so, you could just delete them (or adjust the height of the walls? So maybe there is something here I miss. Anyway - assuming a simple patio in the form of a paved area outside:

1) Either just use the room tool to draw your patio on the ground,
2) or (especially if you have rounded parts) outline the patio with walls that connect around the surface, double-click with the room tool inside to create the 'room' (surface), and delete the walls (or just adjust their height down).

ok
