No more furniture catalog pane!

Hello,

When I start Sweet Home 3D, I see the furniture catalog pane. One I load my project, I don't see it anymore and I don't find any way to make it displayed again ...

How could I enable it again?

So, I'm on Ubuntu 16.10. When I start Sweet Home 3D (version 4.5), I get the right view with all panes:

After loading my personnal project, the panes are removed automatically and I get that view:

How can I make the furniture catalog panes displayed again?

Can't you drag and drop the separators that should touch the left and bottom borders of the window?
