I just tried and didn't notice any issue. Maybe it's another issue. Please send me your .sh3d file.

Same issue - I downloaded SweetHome3D-6.1.2-macosx.dmg to my 10.13 Mac. I was able to export the SVG and print it. It's one simple room with windows/doors/a few boxes.
