Re: ALERT : Win10 build 1703
As suggested in my previous post, please try with the Jar executable version.

Re: ALERT : Win10 build 1703
Even if Java 9 is still in beta version, I wished the program could run a little further You could launch the program in a cmd window with a command like:
java -jar path\to\SweetHome3D-5.4.jar
The logged errors displayed in the console you give some hints to go further...

Re: ALERT : Win10 build 1703
Hi,
Do you have any news about my problem seen on apr 07th ?
I think to make a good diagnosis, you just compare why there are differences between 'Save' (NOK) and 'Save and compress' (OK) actions and find out what can cause these crashes, right ?
We have the effects, you must find the reason... and the solution.
I hope that the last logs are speaking themselves.

Re: ALERT : Win10 build 1703
As said before, this bug seems to be bound to the file dialog box, and on a brand new document, all menu items Save, Save as, Save and compress as well as Open must crash the application in your case. Is it right?

New : OK Open : Nok Open recent files : OK Save : Nok Save as : Nok Save and compress : OK
In Furniture menu Import Furniture, choose : Nok Import Furniture bib : Nok Import Texture : choose picture : Nok
Option Create photo Save : Nok
To understand better , we can write on french section.
