Partly tiled walls
Hi, I know I saw the answer to this somewhere in a forum post, but I can't find it now. How do I texture a wall that has tiles halfway up, then paint the rest of the way? TIA

Re: Partly tiled walls
- Modify walls - set colour/texture of wall (top part) - Modify walls- Modify baseboards - set height and colour/texture of baseboard

Re: Partly tiled walls
The wall already has a baseboard. So I need a baseboard, tile halfway up, then painted the rest of the way. I think it had something to do with creating a wainscoting, but I'm not sure how I'd do that.

Re: Partly tiled walls
You are right, there are quite a few posts about this. Using a high baseboard as 'wainscoting' may be the easiest way. Not too fond of using thin boxes, because they are always in the way when adjusting the wall or adding fixtures. For completeness of the thread, there is a third way: using a texture the height of the wall. (see SF 346) ok
