YEAHHHH; I have it, I have it!!! I've found a bug!!!! The problem is that I'm using SH3D in Spanish. Try to change the language and try to obtain this dialog box, can you? If I change the language to English, I can see this dialog box, but not in Spanish. I've checked it in all languages, and only fails in Spanish... I was going a little mad...

Please check it and try to improve it for the next version.

You must select the room first, then you can modify it.

Thank you very much for your advanced search. :-)
Miserably, I found also some problems in the Brazilian version when you want to modify a piece of furniture or the page setup.
I fixed the bug in the source files and probably release a new version in the coming days...
