Ill try and re-update the video drivers, etc to see if it is that once again

I just got a new computer and I tried to install SweetHome3d v4.4. It installed fine but when I try open the application all I get is the splash screen then nothing

I am running Windows 7
Java v7 update 60 (latest)
Latest video drivers

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several ...

I checked the file again and there was no capability to drag down the 2d window, but it did give me the idea (as I had the 3d window separate)

So i brought the 3d window back into the program and the 2d plan re-appeared!! Thanks so much for your help!!! And now i feel like a goose since it was such ...
