lost everything

as a new starter I did a floor plan of my house and added the furniture etc but near the end everything just disappeared !!! I must have clicked something but I dont remember what...........any help/advice would be welcome. I use win 7. thanks vinnyk

as a more detailed explanation when I say everything has disappeared the plan is now just plain white with nothing else, no graph or furnishing etc that were imported ............ just nothing !!! vinnyk

To other readers, be sure to always use the latest version of Sweet Home 3D. Among the "other minor bug fixes" cited in history, there are often changes that should avoid the kind of problem reported by vinnyk.

I was able to fix vinnyk's issue.
It was probably because of a very thin 3D model he imported, and actually, I made some small changes in version 3.2 to avoid such problems. Hopefully, the same kind of issue shouldn't happen again.

Help! I was using the online version and lost everything as well. White screen and no graph.

Lu180, I fixed the file that was wrong, but I had to remove 3 incorrect walls and a door frame.
