it seems not correct, Java use only 400-500MB of my RAM...
The -Xmx Java option sets the maximum memory used by Sweet Home 3D. That doesn't mean so much memory will always be used! If you want Sweet Home 3D to use 4096 MB from the start, you should try -Xms4096m option, but I don't believe it's useful in Sweet Home 3D unless you want to check it works.
