Hello Friends, I have a question about building with concrete (Monolith, Massive) Frames (Maybe I'm not explaining well I'm beginner) end here are some examples from the internet:

How to correctly do this, I tried from a wall (Changed its dimension and sizes, but it is hard to work)
Do you have any examples for kind of projects or easy way to accomplish this task
