I Searched for some resources for Sweet Home and found very good rendered plans made by SH they're amazing, how people do that? do i use any third part Application or utilities...

Have you considered reading the User's guide ?
Or the description of new features in the blog ?
Or maybe using the excellent in-built help files?

It's not that I'm too lazy to answer your questions,
but you may want to invest some effort in finding answers yourself...
