SH3D stopped launching on Ubuntu 11.04 / Sandy Bridge Mesa 8.0 –> graphics card issue?

SH3D was working fine for 2 weeks but all of a sudden it stopped. Neither Webstart nor the installer work. From the terminal I get these errors

any idea what I can do. my PC is a Sandy Bridge with 3.0 Mesa 8.0 devel driver

The question is: "What changes were made to your computer?"
Did you do any updates? Move or remove programs... Things like that.

If it's a technical Ubuntu question, I think the Ubuntu forums are a better place to ask advice.
People are very helpful there.

Well, I know the drivers were updated. Before I remember they were v 7.12 - so I think it's a driver issue. It's just that everything else works and Mesa v 8.0 is the most recent version

reverted back to Mesa 7.10.2 and everything is working. Driver issue.

If you had a little more patience to report this issue to the team who takes care of Mesa driver, it would be great! [:)]

I posted to their forum as well and I'll keep checking. In February a stable release of Mesa 8.0 is expected.
