hey, a lot of models downloaded from this page but Sweet Home 3D, do not display them properly, the models are scattered, shifted, etc. Is this normal?

It may happen when you download models in the 3DS format.

You can try to import those models in Blender. Maybe you can correct the problem, and then export the models as 3DS or OBJ.
