Importing new model issue

Importing new model issue

Ok so i posted a previous thread about trying to import a treadmill. I downloaded the file from some of the previous sites people have listed. It is a dae file.. I get through all of the import steps and click finish and the pop up box with the last step and the finish button remains on screen. Nothing happens. Does anyone have any idea why I can not import new models?
