Room area-size summarize field

I'd like

to have a number field of the summarized amount of all rooms larger than, lets say, one square meter (selectable). It could be placed inside toolbar.

Use: Keep track of designing a home e.g. smaller than 100sqm.
The chosen limit will give the opportunity to override installation spaces, stairs, small toilet rooms etc. etc.. This could also include an option to ignore room area by flag, like staircase or "no ceiling" and so on.

It will also (internaly) provide some classes used by further extensions regarding home statistics for painting calculation etc.

This would be a great feature. I find myself often "adding up" room sizes to make sure my design isn't too big.
