Problem loading an object

Hi Guys,

I have some problems importing objects in my project.
I worked on this project last week and everything was ok. I just opened it to work on it, wanted to import an object and during the window with the 4 previews it stalls.

I have to restart SH3D all over again.

Does anyone have an idea why this suddenly occurs?

Hi Hans, I am not Joris but I am having the exact same issue and it happens with any of the objects I have attempted to download and import from:

http://www.sweethome3d.com/importModels.jsp

You can start with the very first spiral stair case.

I am on a Mac running Mountain Lion 10.8.1

Joris,

I downloaded and opened your design without any problems.
Also, I could import a model from the Sketchup Warehouse without any probems.
Maybe you can give a link to the model that is causing problems?

Cary,

I've tried all kinds of models from the 3D Models page, and never had any problems, so I'm pretty sure the problem doesn't lie with the models, but with your computer.

Most problems with SH3D are caused by the graphics card and/or drivers, or by a wrong installation of Java. So I suggest you start looking there. Unfortunately I know next to nothing about Apple computers, so I can't help you there.

If you want more detailed help from someone, I suggest you give a more detailed description of what's going wrong.
