How to rotate the background too?

I've downloaded the Rotate home plug-in from the link in the Users' Guide but it seems to only rotate the plan, not the background image.

Any suggestions how to get it to rotate the background, please?

BTW. I think the Rotate home link in the pdf Tutorial for plug-ins and extensions isn't working properly, well I couldn't get a download from it.

remove the background picture, rotate it with any other programm then re-import it.
