hello,

to create a sidewalk you can use the "add Level" feature.

just create a new level with the height you like (lets say 20cm) and put a "room" without walls onto this level to create your pavement.

also make sure, you put the frontdoor on this level

and how to not have that level of difference between the sidewalk and the floor inside the house?

Level 0 = side walk + low wall(s) of house (same height as sidewalk)
Level 1 = the house itself

What about creating a Floor on this "Level" inside the House?

Please use my Example as an Inspiration. The "wasted" space on the lower level could be used to create a realistic looking road drain, some bumpy stuff next to the house and, maybe, for a floor heating installation.
