Rotate a cylinder

How do I rotate a cylinder over on its' edge? The cylinder base wants to sit on the floor, how to I put the cylinder edge on the floor?

Please reimport the cylinder from 3D models page, and orientate it as you want at the second step of the Import furniture wizard.
