HowTo transfer SH3D from Mac to PC?

Hello,

maybe this is been ask before (by me, perhaps?), i wonder how to transfer the furniture, textures etc. from a MacOS installation to PC, namely Win7. The folder substructure seems to be different, also the file names.
So, what do i have to do to transfer one "workspace" to another?

From version 3.0, the data folder for Sweet Home 3D is organized the same way on every system. It's just the folder itself which is located differently from a system to an other. See this message to get its location.
