suggestions/help required for ultra narrow plot

My plot is just 11.10' wide in front,and 78' long.As per laws I can build 58sqyds house on each floor and total 194.sq. yds. in 3 floors(1 ground+2 floors).I share common wall on left with one neighbor. There is open space of 20' to another neighbor on right,but I can not construct on it.I have to keep 15' open in front and 8' in rear.I need ideas/suggestions/plans/weblinks for constructing 2 bedroom, hall, kitchen on each floor.Pl. help
