Problem by making photo

Hello:
I upgraded from v3.6 to 3.7, and I improved a project that before making photos on all trim levels, but now at level 3 and 4 to take part after the picture taken, the picture stop.
What I can do?

You should try to increase the maximum amount of memory Sweet Home 3D can use.
Please look at the FAQ How can I adjust the memory used by Sweet Home 3D?

I have the NVidia Geforce 560ti with 1,25mb.
In the NVidia control panel I have chosen the maximum performance instead maximum quality and in the 3th level works sometimes but in level 4th never.

Adjusting the settings of your video card is useless because it's not used at all to compute images at the quality levels 3 and 4.

I have download the JAVA for 64bits, and then the JAVA downloader of sweethome, and works perfectly.
