aperture angle of light

Hello, Is there any possibility to manage the aperture angle of light ?
The need is to create a "light cone" with narrow or wide aperture to simulate the "spot" light.

Download this file. It's an umbrella, or rather a parabolic dish. Make it long and narrow, hide a light source in it. Ready!
