Drawing a terrace

Hi,

I realize the question has already been asked, but I can't find the answer: how can I draw a terrace, i.e. a floor with no walls, but just a floor (so the terrace can also be viewed from outside).

Just draw a room outside your house.
If you have the AdvancedEdit plug-in installed, you can easily fine-tune your room.

Sorry if I'm being thick, but I've installed the plugin and I still don't know what I should do next. How can I draw just a floor with no walls? How does the plugin help me do that?

Simply select the "room" tool from the tool bar and draw your terrace. The plugin is not needed, but it will let you to be more accurate when specifying the location of your room's vertices.
