Copy and Paste Request

Any chance of changing the way copy and paste works please? It would be a great help if the pasted object was delivered to the coordinates of the mouse pointer, rather than just offset from the object from which it was copied.

When copying from one side of the drawing to the other, it is very frustrating to have to keep relocating the paste point.

This behavior is normal, and was programmed to give the user some feedback about the paste operation, otherwise you wouldn't see the difference. If you want to past at the same location, unselect the copied object(s) before pasting.
