Did you try to run/open by clicking Launch Sweet Home 3D with Java Web Start from the download page? Provided you run a fairly recent version of Java, this should give you version 4.2a. If I understood the previous thread correctly, 4.2a has a fix to address you kind of issue. (And I assume there may be a full release at some point).

If you cannot run the Java Web Start version either, some info about your system (OS, Java version) would be useful if anyone is to comment.

i use mac os 10.8.5 i install java 7.
the web start works.

I had no problem to display the 3D view of your file on my computer.
Note that I fixed yesterday in the version 4.3 beta some more issues that could happen under Mac OS X in multiple screen environments. If this is your case, while waiting for the final release, please circumvent this issue this way if you can't use the beta version:
- Quit Sweet Home 3D
- Use your computer in one screen mode
- Open your file
- Display the 3D view (it should work)
- Save your file
- Turn on other screens again, and don't display the 3D view on other screens until the final release of version 4.3.
