Opening a saved design in online version

Hi, How do you retrieve a saved design in the online version? It allows me to save a design, save it with a different name, but I can't find any to reload them? Where do they go when they are saved? Thanks.

If by retrieving, you mean opening, simply use the second button in the online version once you logged in. But maybe you mean something else?
