Can´t make photografie

hallo,

could use some help.

I want to make some real photos of my architectural model, and later a video.

My problem is that in the best-quality stage, the image calculation 400x600 pixels stops me again and again even at a resolution of approx. The model is also very detailed. It has about 500mb.

What can be wrong? Or what can I do?
I tried to give more main memory, but it doesn´t work i my opinion. I see in the Windows task manager, that the cache use only to 3mb.
Mayby I do it not correctly, but I tried more scopes

My laptop has Intel Core (TM) i7 processor and 6 GB of RAM, Windows 7 (64 bit) and an NVIDIA GeForce graphics card as GT330MM

First, just to be sure what you run:
Do you use version 4.3?
If yes, does the 3rd line of the About dialog show 32 bit or 64 bit?
Does the 2nd line show Java Web Start or not?
