doors and windows that can be opened and closed

Hello everyone,

I am new to sweet home 3d. I want to create a house, export it in .obj format and use the 3d model of the house inside a gaming engine. In my game i want some human characters to open and close the doors and windows. But i don't know how i can build a house model with the option to open and close the doors and windows in sweet home 3d?

There's no such option in Sweet Home 3D.
