Problem of executing the source code on eclipse

I followed the instructions on Readme but when I executed the program I obtain the error messages as shown below. Can someone advice me on what to do at this stage

You mixed up "Program arguments" and "VM arguments" in eclipse run configuration.

Can you explain how to build runnable jar (sweethome3d.jar=2.55MB)or an exicutable jar(sweethome3D.jar=22MB)or sunflow.jar-0.07.3i?.
[* Don't know about programming not only java but downloaded apache-tomcat7.0.zip +ant1.94.zip +JDK1.7 but next step ...? ]

Importing source and editing java code is success then now looking for a 10-20 step tutorial from a developer/programmer.

When I get the SH3D sourcecode then how to build a jar application using Eclipse.?
If you are successfull to create a sweethome3d.jar then share the methods you used.

If you have already imported the source code on eclipse(but if not then follow the step of the Readme file).

Sourcecode importing and editing is done but exporting an exicutable jar is not enough successfull. Looks it need more tutorial about scripting. Anyway thanks for your help.(Your link is I already covered but thank you once again for sharing). Have a nice scripting[:)>-]
