viewing plans with floor and furniture

It may be an stupid question, but....How can I get images like these:

Instead of this:

I mean, with the floor textures, and the render images of the furniture :S

Go to Preferences, choose Top view and also Floor colour or texture
Then export your design using Plan -> Export to SVG format.

Even if very few things found in the user's guide are not cited in the help, the help is much richer.
