Concrete Stairs?

Hi all,
I have to model a stair made with concrete, a simple stair that have a U-Shape and have not handrail, just steps...how to???

I'm no expert, so there may be a a better way... I created some deck steps by combining and texturing some Furniture Miscellaneous->Box objects.

If you are planning for model steps without handrail then it would look amazing in round shape instead of U-shape .
