Sloping/Leaning walls

We have a barn-style home that the roof literally starts 3 in from the ground and goes up (almost like an A-frame). I want to be able to create the interior walls which on two sides (like a barn) are leaning inward from floor to ceiling. I've been racking my brain, and cannot figure out a way to do it. Any help would be fantastic!! Thanks in advance.
