Normal render somehow is better best render in relfection

Sometime when I make a normal render I find out that the reflection is better than the best quality render. We can see the detail in normal render but in the best render, things look more blur.
There are two pic:

- Normal quality [ceiling lights off]


- Best quality [ceiling lights off]


- The TV screen and TV stand unit in Best looks not real than the normal one.
- One thing I found that the result is better if I turn off ceiling lights. Ceiling lights may overflow the pciture.
