Furniture catalog icon issue

I have added catalog.zip (having same property file as DefaultFurnitureCatalog.properties) for my Sweet Home 3D applet. But I am facing an issue where catalog appears (Bedroom, Bathroom and all) but there icons are missing, some cross (X) appears instead of the corresponding icon.

When I drag drop any furniture to the left area a plain red colored box appears for all the furniture item.

Can you please help to narrow down the issue.

I have gone through this thread and I have created catalog.zip just like DefaultFurnitureCatalog.Properties and then the catalog started apeearing, I have confirmed that icon path is a valid path in the property file but even then it doesnt appear.

Please help.
