How to redo the library?

Is there an option where I can restart the library back to only Sweethome3d furniture library?

I have a few folders that will not allow me to delete them as well as a lot of textures to get rid of. (that are from other users or ones I created myself)

To uninstall SH3F files, remove them from the furniture plugin folder of Sweet Home 3D, and restart the application. This folder is shown when you click on any SH3F file listed in the Furniture libraries section of the Libraries in use pane. The latter pane is displayed by clicking on the Libraries... button shown at the bottom of Sweet Home 3D About dialog box.
To remove models you imported individually, simply select them in the catalog and choose Edit > Delete.
