Portable version 5.1 dont load all furniture libraries only on this laptop

I have strange problem when i using sweet home 5.1 on my threed pc laptop. Its xps 1730,dual graphics 9800gtx sli, extreme core x9000 processor, hd resolution 1920x1200 and xp installed. I have all sistem libraries installed with java 6, java 7,net framework,1,2,3,4 and visual c++ redistributables 2005,2008,2010. Im using portable version 5.1. When i use flashdrive on desktop pc or second alienware laptop (also xp installed) i can load project with all 3d models and furniture libraries. But when i use portable on this laptop i cant load any furniture or 3d model and program dont load all furniture libraries, and i have error damaged all 3d files in project. I reinstalled system but nothing helps and i have most recent graphic driver. When i use portable version from flashdrive on any other computer or frends pc, program load all aditional libraries and i load project from flash with no error. I dont understand what is the problem.

pc: Also when i use any other version of sweet home portable or installer on this laptop i have same problem.
